1: GETTING TO
KNOW YOU
We’ll meet in your house, so you can walk us through the space as it is today. We’ll discuss your needs and design challenges. We want to know what your goal is for your home, how you want to feel living in it. And of course we want to know everything about your personal sources of inspiration.
Based on this first discussion we will draw up a letter of agreement so you can be sure about the costs and timelines of the project.
2: DESIGNING
THE CONCEPT
Once we fully understand your needs, we develop a design with your budget in mind. We bring the new space to life using our four pillar philosophy: mood, texture, color, and function.
You’ll receive a concept presentation that contains our inspirational mood board, colors & materials and detailed floor plans. Light will be a key element and you’ll receive a range of furniture and material options to choose from. We create 3D renderings for all of our designs.

3: PLANNING AND SPECIFICATION
After you receive the design concept you’ll still have full flexibility to choose your favorite pieces or make adaptations. We use your input and work closely together with you to create a final design and specification.
You’ll get a detailed break down of the costs for all design elements and a timeline for installation. This depends on the type of construction required and furniture delivery timelines.
We will make sure our network of specialists is ready to get going.
4: MAKING it
happen
We know that managing a lot of vendors can be such a hassle. That’s why we are here. Taking care of the complete delivery from purchasing materials and furnishings, to overseeing construction and finishing all the little details that make a big difference.
We visit the site regularly and make sure everything is there and on time. We are with you every step of the way. That is how we make it happen.
